Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pakistani Dramas mobile app and website (together, "the Service", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Pakistani Dramas is a free service for discovering and watching Pakistani drama serials and episodes sourced from publicly available YouTube channels via the YouTube Data API. We do not host or own the underlying video files — playback is provided through YouTube.
2. Accounts
You can browse, watch, favorite, and leave reviews anonymously through a device-linked identity, without creating an account. An optional account, created via Google Sign-In, lets your activity follow you across devices. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
3. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes another person's rights
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its backend services
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, copy, or extract data from the Service — including its API — beyond normal individual use, or to republish our catalog or data in another app or website
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits or other security features of the Service
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or block access that violates these Terms, at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
Drama and episode content displayed in the Service belongs to its respective YouTube channel owners and rights holders. We do not claim ownership over this content. The Pakistani Dramas name, branding, app/website design, and the organization and curation of the catalog belong to us. Using the Service does not grant you any rights to the underlying video content beyond what YouTube itself grants, nor any right to copy or reuse our catalog data.
5. Advertising
The website is supported by advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads help keep the Service free to use. Ad content is served by third parties and we do not control it.
6. Push Notifications
The app may send push notifications about new episodes. You can disable these at any time in your device's notification settings.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact Us in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, uninterrupted, or continuously available, since it depends on third-party YouTube channels and services outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including unavailability of content sourced from third-party channels.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
